Entertainment-apparel brand activation demands characters that work across formats — high-end render for hero brand work AND game-engine runtime for metaverse activations. Most stylized character vendors deliver one or the other; OnePiece-X wanted both from one source.

• 01 Establish stylized art-direction — anime-adjacent but photoreal-stylized for Western brand legibility
• 02 Sculpt hero stylized character in ZBrush with appropriate proportional exaggeration
• 03 Wrap3D conform onto MetaHuman base for rig compatibility
• 04 Marvelous Designer wardrobe with brand-aligned costume design
• 05 Xgen hair grooms tuned to stylized aesthetic
• 06 UE5 build for hero render + cross-platform export (USD + glTF + .vrm) for metaverse
